Thank you for reaching out on behalf of your client — we appreciate your referral to our practice!

Roots and Wings is a team of neuro-affirming occupational therapy service providers. We serve people of all ages in client homes, our Maple Grove clinic, via Telehealth, and preferred community settings (daycares, job sites, and other public areas.)

Our 1:1 services are currently waitlisted. You or your client are welcome to add their name to our waitlist at any time. In case your representation ends before the opportunity to serve them becomes available, please include your client’s direct contact information.

Due to the nature of our service model, we cannot easily anticipate when waitlist openings will occur. Once space becomes available in a therapist’s schedule, our administrative coordinator will reach out to those on the waitlist whose location and availability best match our opening.

Those on our waitlist receive monthly opportunities to engage with us in other ways including one-time consultations, trainings, group classes, and annual nature camps. Your client’s name will remain on our waitlist unless we are asked to remove it.
