Our Services
Individualized Occupational Therapy
Our primary offering is 1:1 occupational therapy evaluation and treatment. This entails:
Ongoing OT once a week for 55-85 minute sessions within a 3-12 month episode of care (this can vary and is tailored for each individual)
Sessions in your home, your preferred community setting, our Maple Grove office, or via Telehealth
Available for residents of the Twin Cities/Greater Minnesota and Rochester
Services for both children and adults
For optimal growth, generalization, and empowerment, we strive for caregiver involvement and the creation of individualized treatment plans during youth sessions. Roots and Wings believes that framing treatment with play is the best way for children to learn and grow.
We understand that you know yourself and your needs best. All our services are focused to meet and respect you as a person.
Our individualized occupational therapy services are currently waitlisted.
Wait-time varies depending on your availability and location.
Because we see clients in community settings, we consult our waitlist for those who have matches to therapist openings based on time and geography.
Once an opening becomes available, our office manager will reach out via your preferred communication mode. She will confirm your availability and do a benefit check if applicable.
The waitlists below can also be used to request other Roots and Wings services including consultations, annual camps, trauma-informed yoga, workplace trainings, and more.
Roots and Wings is not in network with all insurances. Before joining our waitlist, we encourage you to check with your provider to learn whether our OT services are covered and if any co-insurance fees might apply. Private payment options are also available.
